The early registration fee for people not working in India is: 
            USA $ 100 for full-time students 
            USA $ 150 for others 

The early registration fee for people working in India is: 
            2000 Indian Rupees for full-time students 
            2500 Indian Rupees for others 

The late registration fee for people not working in India is: 
           US $ 150 for full-time students
           US $ 200 for others

The late registration fee for people working in India is: 
           2500 Indian Rupees for full-time students
           3000 Indian Rupees for others

Early registration deadline is: on or before October 15th 2003. 
Any registration fee received after this date will be considered as late registration. On site registrations is available only if there are vacancies.

In order to qualify as full-time student, you need to produce an official  letter from your institute or department head mentioning your name, degree/diploma, date of joining the program, and the expected date of finishing the program. This letter should clearly indicate that you are a full-time student.

In addition, all participants should submit a completed registration form, along with their payment. The registration form is  available here
 
The registration fee should be payable in the form of a cheque/draft payable to: Travel Corporation (India) Pvt Ltd, and mail it to: 504-505, 27 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi- 110001, India

Registrations after December 10th 2003 are possible  subject to the availability of space and some other requirements.

The registration fee includes a copy of the proceedings, tea/coffee during the breaks, and lunches for all the three days during the conference.
