Additional details:

(1). The registration fee includes: A copy of the conference proceedings and attendance to any paper presentation (except for some tutorials, which have their own additional fee) during the conference, and attendance to conference banquet/dinner on the 1^st day of the conference. The registration fee does not include lodging and/or boarding.


(2). The registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable.

In order to qualify as a full-time student, you need to produce an official letter (on your school's letter-head/stationary) from your Institute/Department/School official (Principal, President, Head, Dean, Provost, Thesis Supervisor, etc.) mentioning your name, degree/diploma, date of joining the program, and the expected date of finishing the program. This letter should clearly indicate that you are a full-time student. You should bring that letter along with you, if you are registering on-site.
