Note: The authors SHOULD bring their presentations in a flash drive (that is, pen or pencil drive) or a CD (Zip drive and Floppy will not be acceptable). The authors can bring their presentations in any one of the three formats: Microsoft WORD, Microsoft PowerPoint, and PDF (note that bringing the presentation in PowerPoint format is preferable. Just for the sake of safety, bring a PDF version of your PowerPoint in case the PowerPoint does not open due to any reason). The conference rooms have Microsoft Windows computers connected to LCD projectors. Make sure your presentation is Microsoft Office 97-2003 compatible.
Certificate of attendance and certificate of paper presentation: If you wish to get a paper presentation certificate (for authors only, it will be issued after your paper presentation is completed) or an attendance certificate (for authors and non-authors), then please use the below templates (you need to replace the red color portion with the actual details). DO NOT change the black color text (including the name and contact details of the program committee co-chair). Please prepare and print the certificate(s) at your place and bring it to the conference. The certificate(s) will be signed, dated and stamped/seal during the conference. The conference organizers WILL NOT print the certificates at the conference venue. If asked, you should provide a government issued identity (for people having Indian citizenship) or the passport (for people having non-Indian passport).
Attendance sheet to be completed by session chairs: if you are chairing a session during the conference, please see this form and complete the details and print a copy of the attendance sheet with you and please get signatures from the authors of your session and please bring it to the conference chairs/registration desk. We will issue your session chair certificate.
