1. For the authors of the accepted papers:
Each accepted paper should have its own registration fee paid by
at least one of its authors by July 1, 2011 (Indian Standard Time) in order
to consider the accepted paper to include in the proceedings. The fee details
are as follows:
The registration fee for people not working in India is:
USA $200 for full-time students
USA $350 for others
The registration fee for people working in India is:
4000 Indian Rupees for full-time students
6000 Indian Rupees for others
In order to qualify for paying the "full-time student" registration
fee, the presenting author of the paper must be a full-time student
in an accredited institute. The student must bring a original copy of the letter, issued on the college/institute/university letter head, signed by the Head of the Department/Institute stating that he/she is a fulltime student.
Important: At least one author of each accepted paper should register for the conference, as per the deadlines above, in order for their paper to be included in the proceedings. Additional (co)authors of that paper should register if and only if they wish to attend the conference. In other words, if the remaining (co)authors of that accepted paper
do not wish to attend the conference then they need not pay any fee.
2 . For non-authors:
The early registration fee (paid on or before July 1, 2011) for people not working in India is:
USA $200 for full-time students
USA $300 for others
The early registration fee (paid on or before July 1, 2011) for non-authors working in India is:
3000 Indian Rupees for full-time students
5000 Indian Rupees for others
The late registration fee (between July 2 and November 20 2011) for
non-authors not working in India is:
USA $250 for full-time students
USA $350 for others
The late registration fee (between July 2 and November 20 2011) for
non-authors working in India is:
3500 Indian Rupees for full-time students
5500 Indian Rupees for others.
In order to qualify for paying the "full-time student" registration
fee, the person planning to attend the conference must be a full-time
student in an accredited institute. You need to bring the student
status form (original copy) and present while collecting the material
at registration desk in Tumkur.
3. Registration fee payment for authors and non-authors: It is closed now. contact Mohan Krishna (see details below) if you have questions on the registration fee you paid.
4. What the registration fee will cover:
The registration fee will allow you to attend the conference
(registered authors can present the papers). In addition, please read the following information and timelines:
If you register on or before September 30, 2011: you will receive any other material and/or services that we are planning to provide during the conference, including. breakfasts, lunches and dinners during December 14th, 15th and 16th for free of cost to you. In addition, registered authors
will also get a copy of the proceedings during the conference (note that in
case of problems, we will provide the proceedings soon after the conference).
If you register after September 30, 2011 and before November 1, 2011: you can attend the conference and you can take part in the breakfasts, lunches and dinners during December 14th, 15th and 16th that we are planning to provide. You will get other material subject to their availability only.
If you register after November 1, 2011 until December 16, 2011: you can attend the conference. No other services are guaranteed..
5. Contact: Authors and non-authors need to contact Mohan Krishna (email: mhankrishna[at]gmail.com) for all matters related to registration. Do not contact the program committee co-chairs or any other members of the program committee.
Note that the conference organizers WILL NOT be responsible for missing
payments and/or any other problems and/or issues related to the payments. The registration fee is non-refundable and also non transferable to another person.
