1. For the authors of the accepted papers:
Each accepted paper should have its own registration fee paid by at least one of the authors by July 23, 2009 in order to consider the paper to include in the proceedings. The fee details are as follows:
The registration fee for people not working in India is:
USA $150 for full-time students
USA $250 for others
The registration fee for people working in India is:
2500 Indian Rupees for full-time students
3500 Indian Rupees for others
In order to qualify for paying the "full-time student" registration fee, the presenting author of the paper must be a full-time student in an accredited institute. Please see the submission page to get a copy of the student status form.
Important Note: At least one author of each paper should register for the conference in order for their paper to be included in the proceedings. Additional (co)authors of that paper should register if and only they also wish to attend the conference. In other words, if the remaining (co)authorsof that paper
do not wish to attend the conference, they need not pay any fee.
2 . For non-authors:
The early registration fee (paid on or before July 23 2009) for people not working in India is:

The late registration fee (between July 23 and November 20 2009) for
people not working in India is:
USA $200 for full-time students
USA $300 for others
The late registration fee (between July 23 and November 20 2009) for
people working in India is:
3000 Indian Rupees for full-time students
4000 Indian Rupees for others.
In order to qualify for paying the "full-time student" registration fee, the person planning to attend the conference must be a full-time student in an accredited institute. You need to bring the student status form (original copy) and present while collecting the material at registration desk in Tumkur.
3. Registration fee payment for authors and non-authors:
The reigistartion fee should be paid to Prime Travels through the link http://www.primetravels.com/iicai-09.shtml . Please contact
Dr. Mohan Krishna at mhankrishna[at]gmail.com in case you have problems with payment to PrimeTravels and he will provide
the instructions in detail. While contacting him, if you are an author of the paper, please provide your paper
number in the subject of your email. Please put the paper title and your
(presenting author) name in the body of the email and mention that
you wish to pay the registration fee for IICAI-09 and you have a problem with Prime Travels. If you are a non-author, please put the word "non-author" in the subject line of the email and in the body, express your interest to attend IICAI-09 and mention that you have a problem with Prime Travels.
4. What the registration fee will cover:
The registration fee (if received by us before November 25, 2009) will allow you to attend the conference and to
get a copy of the proceedings during the conference (note that in
case of problems, we will provide the proceedings soon after the conference)
and allow you to receive any other services/material (such as a T-shirt
and bag) that we are planning to provide during the conference. Also, we are planning to provide breakfasts, lunches and dinners during December 16th, 17th and 18th for free of cost to you.
People
who register after November 25, 2009 cannot take part in the conference breakfasts, lunches and dinners (that we are planning to provide for free of cost to you on all 3 days of the conference). Also, people who register after November 25, 2009 cannot get any promotional material such as T-shirts, bags, etc. In conclusion, people who register after November 25, 2009 can only attend the paper presentations and can get a copy of the proceedings (and other promotional material), if there are any leftover copies of the proceedings (and promotional material) available.
People who wish to register after November 25 2009 can register by paying cash (in Indian Rupees for people from India; USA dollars or Euros for people from other countries) at the registration desk on December 16th or 17th or 18th.
Note: The conference organizers WILL NOT be responsible for missing payments and/or any other problems related to the payments. The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
